		<description>I&#039;m in my second go around with PAWS. I&#039;m also bipolar and a Buddhist. I can tell you....as with the last time..things begin to fall apart quickly around the 60 day mark. Anxiety being a large component as well as stress sensitivity. I don&#039;t plan on going through this again. I treat myself like a temple and do only the positive things as well as have amazing friend and family help. 
Couldn&#039;t imagine going through this alone! Also, listening to talks by Ajahn Brahm and daily meditation is always helpful.
